Intellectual Property Policy

Meraki Hub respects the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, designers, and brands worldwide. All sellers are responsible for ensuring that any products, images, or content they list on Meraki Hub do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, design rights, or other intellectual property protections.

This policy applies to all sellers and all items listed on our platform.

1. Seller Responsibilities

By listing products on Meraki Hub, sellers confirm that:

  • They own the rights to the designs, artwork, photos, and products they upload.
  • Their items do not use copyrighted characters, logos, symbols, or protected brand elements without permission.
  • They are not selling counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized merchandise.
  • All product photos and descriptions are original or properly licensed.
  • They understand that violating intellectual property laws may result in listing removal or account suspension.

Examples of prohibited content include:

  • Branded characters, logos, or icons (e.g., entertainment, sports, fashion brands).
  • Famous artworks or illustrations without proper licensing.
  • Counterfeit or replica branded items.
  • AI-generated artwork that imitates a protected character or artist’s distinctive style.
  • Photos taken from other websites without permission.

2. Reporting Copyright or Trademark Concerns

If you believe that content on Meraki Hub infringes your copyright or trademark, you may submit a formal notice.

Your notice must include:

  • Full legal name
  • Contact information
  • A link to the original copyrighted work
  • A link to the infringing listing
  • A statement explaining why the use is unauthorized
  • Your electronic signature

All reports should be emailed to:

Meraki Hub will review the notice and may temporarily disable the listing while evaluating the claim.

3. After a Report Is Filed

Upon receiving a valid intellectual property complaint, Meraki Hub may:

  • Remove or disable the infringing listing
  • Notify the seller and request proof of ownership
  • Request revisions or replacement of content
  • Suspend or close a seller account in cases of repeated or serious violations

Meraki Hub may take action without prior notice when required.

4. Counter-Notification for Sellers

If a seller believes their content was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Full name and contact details
  • A statement explaining why the content is not infringing
  • Documentation supporting ownership (licenses, receipts, original files, etc.)
  • Electronic signature

Counter-notifications must be sent to:

support@shopmerakihub.com

If the counter-notification is verified, the content may be reinstated.

5. Repeat Infringement

Meraki Hub enforces a zero-tolerance policy for repeat violations.

Sellers who repeatedly upload infringing content may face:

  • Listing removal
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent removal from the platform

We facilitate communication between rights holders and sellers, but we do not provide legal advice.
All sellers are responsible for understanding and complying with intellectual property laws.
