Seller Agreement

Welcome to Meraki Hub. This Seller Agreement outlines the rules and responsibilities that apply to all sellers on our platform.
By creating a seller account and listing products, you agree to the terms below.


1. Eligibility to Sell

To sell on Meraki Hub, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate shop and identity information
  • Maintain an active email address and valid payout method
  • Comply with all platform policies and applicable laws

Meraki Hub reserves the right to approve or decline any seller application.


2. What You Can Sell

Meraki Hub accepts the following categories:

  • Handmade goods
  • Jewelry
  • Home décor
  • Art and prints
  • Fashion and accessories
  • Beauty, bath, and wellness items
  • Woodcraft items
  • Non-perishable Greek gourmet products
  • Pet accessories
  • Candles and fragrances

Prohibited items include:

  • Illegal or restricted items
  • Counterfeit or trademark-infringing products
  • Hazardous or unsafe goods
  • Food items requiring refrigeration
  • Weapons or dangerous materials
  • Items promoting hate, violence, or harmful activity

Meraki Hub may remove any listing that violates our policies.


3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

  • List products honestly with accurate descriptions and photos
  • Set correct pricing and shipping costs
  • Fulfill orders within the stated processing time
  • Package items safely for shipment
  • Respond to buyer messages within 48 hours
  • Upload tracking information when available
  • Follow all tax, customs, shipping, and consumer protection laws
  • Maintain professionalism and clear communication

Repeated failure to follow these responsibilities may result in account suspension.


4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Creating or sourcing their products
  • Preparing and packaging orders securely
  • Shipping orders on time
  • Communicating with buyers about delays or issues

If processing times change, sellers must update their listings promptly.


5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Sellers must follow Meraki Hub’s platform-wide policies, including:

  • Refund & Return Policy
  • Shipping Policy
  • Cancellation Policy

Sellers may add additional shop-specific rules as long as they:

  • Are clearly stated on the seller’s shop page
  • Do not conflict with Meraki Hub’s policies
  • Comply with applicable consumer protection laws

6. Fees & Payments

Sellers agree to:

  • Pay Meraki Hub’s commission fees (if applicable)
  • Pay applicable payment processing fees
  • Keep payout information accurate and up to date

Payments are processed securely through third-party services such as Stripe.


7. Intellectual Property

Sellers may only upload and sell content that:

  • They created, or
  • They legally own or are licensed to use

Listings that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or design rights are prohibited.

Violations may result in listing removal or account suspension.


8. Account Suspension or Termination

A seller account may be suspended or terminated if the seller:

  • Lists prohibited or infringing items
  • Repeatedly fails to ship or fulfill orders
  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Abuses buyers or staff
  • Violates laws or harms the platform’s reputation

Meraki Hub may take action without prior notice when required.


9. Compliance with Laws

Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including:

  • Regulations in the seller’s country
  • Regulations in the buyer’s country
  • EU Consumer Protection laws (for EU buyers)
  • Export, import, and customs rules
  • GDPR when handling customer data

Sellers are responsible for understanding the requirements for their products.


10. Agreement Acceptance

By listing products on Meraki Hub, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Seller Agreement.
