About Me / Seller Story

The beginning was completely experiential. Growing up next to a seamstress grandmother, I was constantly hanging around her and helping her from a young age. I was always fascinated by touch, texture, light – the small elements that compose something aesthetically harmonious. Jewelry and ceramics entered my life as a way of expression, a natural need to create with my hands. The idea for Susurus was born when I began to feel that I wanted to share this world – not just as objects, but as a feeling. Each piece is intended to be discreet but noticeable, to “whisper” and not shout – hence the name, which means “whisper” in Latin.
